Dr. Sumana Bandopadhyay holds a Ph.D. in Linguistics from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur, and a Master’s in Linguistics from the University of Calcutta. She serves as an Assistant Professor in English Language Teaching at Netaji Subhas Open University, Kolkata, where she also coordinates short-term courses. Her research interests include Language Acquisition, Action Research, Reflective Teaching, and Open Distance Learning, and she has published in national and international peer-reviewed journals.
